Visa assistance
We assist with Umrah visa requirements and processing. Typical requirements include a valid South African passport (minimum 6 months validity), completed application, photos, and proof of accommodation. Processing timelines vary; we will advise on current lead times and any fees. Visa approval is at the discretion of the Saudi authorities; we are not responsible for refusals or delays.

- Rawdah bookings: Subject to Saudi regulations and availability; we can guide you on how to apply.
- Transport: Ground transport between cities and to Haramain is included as per package.

- Medical insurance: Travel insurance is recommended; we can assist with options.
Important notes for SA travellers
- Passport must have at least 6 months validity from date of return.
- Minors must travel with required documentation (e.g. unabridged birth certificate where applicable).
- Cash declaration rules apply when leaving/entering South Africa—check SARS and Reserve Bank guidelines.
- Room sharing (triple/quad) may be required for cost-effective packages.
